I was a customer of Feldman Highland where I had a fantastic experience. This dealership automatically charged me $599 for "Paint & Fabric"; $200 for "VIN Etching". I was NOT given a choice, AND I was fantastic experience. This dealership automatically charged me $599 for "Paint & Fabric"; $200 for "VIN Etching". I was NOT given a choice, AND I was taxed on those fees. When I refused the fees, they didn't recalculate my tax - I had to insist. After waiting over a week for parts, the car is still not ready and I don't feel confident that it will be properly repaired. My salesman provided great customer service, but he wouldn't keep his mask on. I'm getting the exact car I wanted, at a great price, but as I left this dealership, I couldn't shake the feeling that I'd just been in a shell game. More
