I felt like customer service is not a priority there. I was told I would be called when my part came in but the representative never called me back. I had to come up to the dealership and question him abou was told I would be called when my part came in but the representative never called me back. I had to come up to the dealership and question him about the part I ordered before I got service completed on my car, which is unacceptable in my book. And he forgot to give me my free car wash on my oil change the first time I came. So those two experiences made me feel like I wanted to go back to the Novi location where I felt I received better customer service. More

Everything was great. My only suggestion is to not have sports on the TV in the waiting room. When I was there there were three people working while waiting and the loud TV was irritating.
