I would never buy here again! Mike is a dirty thief, got the bait & switch. The car I wanted just happened to be sold, but the demo was available. More commission is made on a demo. Finance tried giving me a high finance percent, with good credit of 820. Bottom line, don’t tell them what you want your payment to be. I never was given the window sticker to my car, have no idea what the Actual price is. They manage to add in my payment, extended warranty, tire warranty, theft insurance. All without disclosing this information. Finance manger said that equinox had tire problems, recommended tire warranty. That was a lie, there is absolutely NO problems with the tires. He also said I would get 3 free oil changes, 1 from GM, 2 from Feldman. The 2 free from Feldman are from the service package that cost you 299.00. Mike also told me not to use the GM plan because the distributor plan was much better. What discuss me most is that I told Mike I was a disabled veteran on a fixed income. I went back to the dealership a few days later, the COCKY ARROGANT General Manger Eric printed out my contract and said to bad. Mike wouldn’t even talk to me. It’s all about selling cars, and how much commission these people can make.. they are ruthless. When I picked up my car, it looked like a blind man had washed it. Mike gave me the keys, got me out the door so fast I looked behind to see if it hit me. He when over a couple things in the car, and I was on my way. I sent several e-mails to the dealership, not one was responded to. Not one call was returned. That is a sign, they know what they did wrong. More

Recently my husband and I turned in a leased Chevy vehicle and purchased a new truck from Mark Marks at Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson. If I could give this review zero stars I would. While finalizing the purchase, we asked Mark what was going to happen with the lease and he said, you are buying a new Chevy, you won't owe anything. Several weeks after the purchase, I received notification from my insurance company regarding the renewal of the policy on the lease I turned in - Feldman did the footwork to insure the new vehicle buy didn't bother to let them know that it would be replacing a vehicle we were turning in. Then I received a bill in the mail for almost $900 for a disposition fee and excessive wear and tear. When we called Mark about it he claimed that this was standard but he said that he would talk to his manager about it. He said he would call back in an hour but despite giving him an extra 15 minutes, he didn't call us back. When we called him back, he said his manager "Eric" couldn't do anything and we asked him to have his manager call us. He didn't. We then called the main number and asked to speak to a manager and we were sent to voice mail. Finally Pat Crowly called us back and said to give him 24 hours and he would get back to us. It will be a week ago tomorrow. We have left messages every single day and have not heard a word back. I am beyond disappointed with the customer service, especially after Mark all but begged us to give him good services scores, promising us a gift certificate for a full tank of gas if we awarded him all 10's. I have leased and purchased cars from so many different dealerships in the metro Detroit area and have never gotten a bill from a lease ever before. We specifically asked if we would owe money and we were assured by Mark that we wouldn't. Now GM financial is blowing up my phone and my credit could be negatively impacted. I would absolutely NOT recommend Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson and especially would NOT recommend this sales person. I wish I would have stuck with Gordon Chevrolet but this dealership is closer to my home. I think that Feldman should honor their promise to me and at the very least return my calls. More
