I got a call saying I could get a new lease for the same as my old lease or even less but I ended up paying more than a hundred and a quarter a month more. And now my new vehicle has spent more time in your service dept than it has in my driveway. I keep getting all these surveys to fill out but I can’t tell you that Feldman is any better than any other dealership. More

I had inially a misunderstanding and was presented with the wrong vehicle but with the attentiveness of Bill Kief & Ryan Plate they made it "right" by me.
