Technician’s work was good, so I have no complaints about that. But, the service department had my vehicle for FIVE weeks and could not provide a loaner vehicle. Communication was awful. Horrible service here getting my Jeep worked on. Never again. We had to bring it back in again after it being in the shop for a week prior because they claimed they couldn’t see what was wrong.
