Went in for an oil change. Was greeted promptly and the work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I do not remember the girls name in the service write up area but her name began with a “C”. I purchased a new Colorado P/U here because I wanted to buy a certain vehicle that was already on the lot. I know there is "Dealer Trades" but I wanted to see and drive it for myself before I made any kind buy a certain vehicle that was already on the lot. I know there is "Dealer Trades" but I wanted to see and drive it for myself before I made any kind of a deal. I love the V-6 and the handling of this vehicle. I am not impressed by the seats as they are bottom line being a WT model but I could not afford a higher tier truck and still stay within my budget. I will get used to the seats.. or maybe one of these days find a OEM seat from a higher tier truck to swap into mine. More

The reason for this rating is that you lost an enthusiastic customer for a 2021 G90. Little effort seemed to have been exercised to retain an existing customer turning in a 2018 Genesis G90 lease enthusiastic customer for a 2021 G90. Very disappointing indeed. I'll try once more to re-engage in 3 years. More
