Lance was fantastic to work with. We purchased online and he met us halfway (2hrs each way) to bring us our new (used) Genesis. Overall they were nice to work with. However, the next day, we were asking a few questions via text, and our salesperson stopped replying. Rude, esp. after spending $55k.
