Brian was great. He did a virtual tour of the car on his phone. The only thing that didn’t make me give 5 stars was the car was dirty!! I had the spend hours cleaning it and very obvious spots. They did probably use the whole stock of armor all to make it look like it was clean and my floors in my house are very slippery. I have pictures of the dirt. Service time was quoted as less than 1 hour.. service took 1 hour and 45 minutes, for a tired change... unfortunate.... it should never take that long.
