On Friday, February 19 while on my way to work the transmission went out on my 07 Ford F150 I was stuck on the side of the expressway waiting for a tow for quite some time during that time I called Fe transmission went out on my 07 Ford F150 I was stuck on the side of the expressway waiting for a tow for quite some time during that time I called Feldman Chevrolet not only was able to start a deal over the phone through through a series of phone calls and text messages I was able to secure the trade and Tristan even came and picked me up from the side of the road where I have been stranded for 3hours talk about customer service and going the extra mile we proceeded back to the dealership and quickly finished the deal. this was most definitely easiest and pleasant experience I’ve ever had and purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. Service was done quickly. And as far as it goes right now, I think it was done correctly. However, It gets a little frustrating when things happen like the oil change are forgotten and then charging me f now, I think it was done correctly. Also, the truck was filthy when I picked it up, no paper or plastic down and wet and greasy, everywhere. The thing that annoyed me the most was that the cup holders had at least an inch and a half of water in them, so when I got in and tossed my phone in the cup holder I almost had a n expensive catastrophe. 3 stars is generous.
