Feldman Chevrolet of Highland - Service Center

Took 6 hours to finalize the sale of vehicle. Had to go back to sign paper finance guy missed. Took in 2 weeks later to get some issues taken care of ( all pre arranged) another 6 hours because the parts w back to sign paper finance guy missed. Took in 2 weeks later to get some issues taken care of ( all pre arranged) another 6 hours because the parts were not there when I confirmed earlier in week that they were there. They do not care / value about customers time. Hope they do all work correct. Will take to another Chevrolet dealership in future for any work. Not at all impressed with this dealer. More

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE! So i had a couple of small issues and needed my first oil change on my silverado. Tire rotation part of your service? Better mark your tires Hopefully this was a one time thing for them, but I took my vehicle purchased new back for my 2nd free oil change/full service including tire rotation Hopefully this was a one time thing for them, but I took my vehicle purchased new back for my 2nd free oil change/full service including tire rotation. On a wild hunch I marked each tire in advance since this is a truck I'm keeping long term and I want my tires to last. I need not include all the details, but I caught them NOT performing the tire rotation that I had confirmed in advance was included in this service. It was late in the day so the service techs had already left for the day (that was fast), and when I returned the following week to get my rotation was given no reason as to how it happened (other than 3 techs were working on it and each thought the other performed the service ~ weak answer). With that answer I can do nothing but expect no improvement over my first visit, but we'll never know because I will not return. More
