Mike was very helpful and genuinely interested in what we were looking for. He took the time to listen to our needs first, then the things we wanted in our new truck. He made many suggestions about features the Tahoe has to offer and we spoke extensively about them. The quality of the time we spent with Mike was great, the time passed quickly as he shared information about our new Tahoe. We werent set on a color when we got there and he took the time to go through our options and make a couple suggestions. In the end, we chose black. Standard, I know, but very sleek. Our decision was based on Mike suggestions. Overall my experience at Jay was amazing. Never have I purchased a car from a place where I felt no pressure to buy.
