$8,000 of my savings gone — and I was misled into overpaying. I’m 19 years old and this was my first car purchase, and the dealership took advantage of me. I ended up paying $37,000 for a used 202 overpaying. I’m 19 years old and this was my first car purchase, and the dealership took advantage of me. I ended up paying $37,000 for a used 2025 Chevy Trax with 6,600 miles—even though they had a brand-new one listed for $24,500. Salesman Brandon Motis told me the used one would be cheaper, but after nearly $5,000 in fees, it cost far more than new. My dad even spoke with Kirk Damavolitis, who promised he’d “take care of me” since he has daughters. Instead, I was overcharged and misled. What should have been an exciting first car turned into a very expensive lesson. More
My 19-year-old daughter came here to buy her first car, and the dealership took advantage of her. Salesman Brandon Motis pulled the old bait-and-switch, telling her the used one would be $1,500 less than the new one. In reality, it ended up costing thousands more once they loaded on nearly $5,000 in fees. I even spoke directly with salesman Kirk Damavolitis, who assured me he would “take care of her” since he has two daughters of his own. I was out of town and trusted him. Instead, they took advantage of my daughter and let her drive away in a car that cost more than new. A 19-year-old shouldn’t have to learn the hard way that some dealerships prey on young buyers. If you value honesty and transparency, be very careful before signing anything here. We will be filing complaints with the Michigan Attorney General and BBB. More

David Gammouh was outstanding! He was always in contact with us on the status of our vehicle. Though our vehicle was on warranty, he was always on point!!! Eric was not the best dealer agent to work with, he won't look at you as a woman only wanted to talk to my boyfriend yet the money was coming out of my pocket as the car was for me, he spent a lot of time wo look at you as a woman only wanted to talk to my boyfriend yet the money was coming out of my pocket as the car was for me, he spent a lot of time working on another person's stuff on the computer who wasn't even there while repeating himself about how busy he was. Went back next morning with a cashier's check as all other paperwork was finalized the night before and still had to wait 1.5hrs because he was "busy" there where at least 14 other agents just sitting around. 🤞 On my purchase More

I’ve now been to Feldman’s service department three separate times for the same issue with my tire—and I’m beyond disappointed. The first visit was for a cracked rim, the second was due to a broken sea separate times for the same issue with my tire—and I’m beyond disappointed. The first visit was for a cracked rim, the second was due to a broken seal, and I was just in again today for what I was told was another broken seal on the same tire. Each time, I was reassured the issue was fully resolved. Yet within one hour of leaving today, the tire pressure had dropped by over 10 psi. At this point, I can’t help but feel like they may have just added air and sent me on my way without actually fixing anything. I’ve worked with Eugene during the last couple of visits, and I’ve been shocked by how poorly he communicates with customers. Instead of trying to help, he speaks condescendingly and shifts blame back on me—as if I’m the one who worked on the vehicle. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with ongoing issues, but what makes it worse is the complete lack of accountability and professionalism. I’ve given Feldman more than enough chances, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I expected better—and you should too. More
