Feldman 1800 Pre-Owned Supercenter

After a fairly good experience purchasing our new to me used vehicle (a 3 hour wait to finalize the paperwork) with a good price. I had a verbal agreement with the sales person to provide me with the seco used vehicle (a 3 hour wait to finalize the paperwork) with a good price. I had a verbal agreement with the sales person to provide me with the second key fob that was at "the other location". After I left happy, I am now not. They tell me it is not a requirement to provide a second key for a used vehicle (and I agree with this statement). But this was a factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle as I need 2 keys. When I contact the sales associate they tell me they will talk to the manager and I never get a call back and always the brush off. So I am sorry to say, what could have been a very good experience has now been tainted by a key fob and poor follow up after sales. So my families future car purchases will not be through Feldmans or any of their branches and I recommend to any that read this... If you are dealing with Feldmans make sure you get it in writing if you expect it to be done. More

They squeaked after 2 days of having the vehicle, not to mention the battery was weak and barely started after purchase. Three days ago got the battery replace for free at the dealer and brakes worked on twice only to continue to squeak to this day. Currently waiting on a phone call back from the service department for the breaks hasn't even been 30 days, horrible More

Truck Purchase I wasn't very familiar with the "no haggle" pricing, but it seems we got a fair price based on investigating prices of similar vehicles. The sales person, Cory, was very helpful and highly motivated to help. He was available even during non working hours to answer questions. I think the finance rate we got was not the best but O.K. Obviously the dealer gets a kick back, since if you pay cash there's a penalty added to the price of the vehicle. One can probably find a lower rate on your own, but the convenience of being able to secure financing at the dealership at 8 pm in the evening is worth it. The sales manager was not too over bearing in offering the extended warranty plans; explained them adequately but briefly since we weren't interested, Not sure of the reason why we needed to sign a statement that stated we were offered the extended warranty plans and refused (maybe a sales technique or a bit of intimidation to get you to think twice about refusing), but unnecessary in my opinion. Overall a good experience. More
