Craig informed me he had another truck that was exactly what I was talking about, but it was alittle more $. Would I be interested in taking a look? I said ok. I had a few small concerns about the truck Ford F150 $23,900. Craig informed me, that anything that I felt needed to be addressed, would be. Guess What!! I returned with my husband and we purchased that truck. AND a 2012 300! They worked on the price and interest. EXCELLENCE, EXCELLENCE. Now my Friend and Aunt (from Lake MI) are going to purchase vehicles from Craig. The GM is Craigs brother. They have been working together for 20yrs!! Every single salesman in FELDMAN was warm n friendly, great eye contact. I returned the next day with my proof of insurance and was again Greeted by all the salesmen with a Big warm and friendly smile. I plan on dropping in there periodically just to say hello. EXCEPTIONAL EVERYTHING! PRICES; PEOPLE; ATMOSPHERE!!! Read to see what happened 3-4wks prior to finding FELDMAN AUTOMOTIVE. I went to 1) Szott on 59; Rude; had to go find salesman; sitting at desk. Szott, Treated me like I was homeless. I had to ask for the used car GM, who smelled like he had been drinking. It was 5pm. I did pull up in a 1999 Expedition, from VA very good condition with my friend (the same one who is now buying from FELDMAN). And Szott had the truck I test drove, marked the wrong price and was agry at me about that. 2) Suburban Ford of Waterford; I told them how much I wanted to spend, they ask me to come look at a vehicle more $. I did, then the salesman was upset when I said. Beautiful vehicle, but I still Don't want to spend that much. (3) LaFontaine Cadillac Buick GMC Highland; Friendly; but then became very pushy to close the deal??? Slipping in a pile of transmission oil on the show room floor didn't help either. And vehicles where WAY over priced kbb priced. More

We are very appreciate of her kindness in a frustrating situation which was not her doing. The salesperson was of little help after the sale, and was partly responsible for the problems in the first place. Recently the car needed a tire repaired and we discovered it had what the tire people called a temp plug rather than a permanent patch. Other than that happy with the car. More

We had seen a similar vehicle at Feldman and decided to stop in to check it out since we had come such a long way. While the truck wasn't quite what we were looking for, the experience was. The three of them took such great care of us while we were visiting their dealership, paid close attention to our wants/needs and went above and beyond to earn our business with a no pressure approach. We did end up prioritizing a different large purchase at this time, but when we are back in the market, we will gladly make the three hour trip to do business with these guys! More

Compared to the other Cruzes we saw at other lots, this one was the cleanest and had the best value for the dollar. Johnny Flores was good to work with. He was not pushy and was able to work out a deal beyond the initial offering. I was not pleased with there stipulation of financing through them. I wanted to pay cash without dealing with any interest payments. Johnny was able to fix the issue, but the policy sounds like a money grab. Also, even though it was an "AS-IS" deal, they should make sure the is window washer fluid in the reservoir and both windshield wipers stay on the car. Fairly basic. In summary, the car is running well and I'd recommend Johnny. More
