Ben, took time to discuss a couple of questions I had, check out one matter, and returned the car washed and vacuumed. There are drive thru oil change shops that might be quicker once you get into the bay, but how much time do you spend in line because there are a number of cars ahead of you? And by going to the dealer, I know there are no questions about how I maintained the car at the end of my lease. More

Overall good experience Overall good experience at Feldman. Jay was very pleasant end helpful. I saw the car on Autotrader and pics represented the car well. My only disap Overall good experience at Feldman. Jay was very pleasant end helpful. I saw the car on Autotrader and pics represented the car well. My only disappointment is that one of the "selling" points of the car was that it was advertised as a certified vehicle and carried a 12 month warranty. When at the dealership Jay's boss stated that they could not sell it as a certified vehicle with a warranty due to the fact that they are a Hyundai dealership, not Chevy. I would assume the Feldman "umbrella" of dealerships should give them that right and more so that is what was being advertised I felt somewhat duped in this regard. In the end I ended up purchasing the warranty on my own and even with a reduction in price ended up paying more than what the asking price on the vehicle was. With many used car vehicle purchases previously I have never paid the sticker price, yet paid more than that this time. Outside of this all employees I encountered were polite and friendly and expedited our process. More
