He was very vehicle informed, great communicator and listened to me. He asked for some product info from me which I sent. In less then an hour he asked if his manager could join a phone conversation to run through some numbers. I agreed. Darrell manager was great to deal with well-spoken, knew his the product and had no fear of backing up his words with validating documentation. I highly recommend this dealer. Service is not very friendly and the sales staff made promises and did not follow-through. Even after about five follow-up calls I have not received a second set of keys promised to me at the time of sal promises and did not follow-through.
