20 years and still getting better I've dealt with Feeny since we moved to Midland in 1995, and we are still working with some of the same people . That tells you a lot about an industry that otherwise has high turnover. In that time, we've had at least five cars serviced and purchased three of them at Feeny. (The other two were bought before we moved to Midland.) We recently bought a new Chrysler 300 from Mike Finelli. In short, he made us an amazing deal and got us exactly the car we wanted (from Toledo), When we found a few cosmetic problems with this particular car, he loaned us a very sweet Charger R/T until the amazing Body Shop fixed them (free of charge) AND fixed a fender bender in another car (also free of charge). They made a new car even better and an old car look amazing. What more could we ask for? In 20 years of repairs, we can recall many cases where they likewise took great care of us. There is a reason that we buy from Feeny and get serviced at Feeny - without exception. There are very few constants in life, but good service at Feeny is one of them. More

Mini Van For the most part it was an average car buying deal. Except when it came to our loan. They asked us which credit unions we would like to go through. For the most part it was an average car buying deal. Except when it came to our loan. They asked us which credit unions we would like to go through. Of the two we suggested, we were told that the rates where both higher then what they found through their preferred lenders and didn't even show us what the rates at our credit unions were. Should of raised a red flag with us but didn't at the time. Got a call from our credit union wondering if we made a decision on the purchase at half the rate of what were told. Needless to say we wont be back. The finance employee was also very short with our son who was getting bored as we were sitting in his office for over an hour waiting for him to show up. More

Tom was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicles we picked out via Internet..Explaining all the workable parts and even printing up car max backgrounds for us.. Part way through the process I decided to trade and worked with Tom in sales who sought out all of the potential factory discounts that were available and did everything he could to make a nice smooth transition. Dan in finance was great to explain all of my finance options and worked with my insurance & finance Companies. This is the first time I bought a vehicle where I didn't have to go and secure the loan bring in the check, and run around and get the certificate of insurance etc. Dan and Tom did it all for me, all I had to do was sign the papers, bring in the old title, and drive the new car off the lot. What a pleasent experience and so nice to work with folks who do what they say they will...and when they say they will. More
