Asked for larger vehicle, got a smaller one Was interested in a Dodge Durango but not interested in 3-row seating. Jeep Cherokee TrailHawk model offered and I took it, but having buyers remorse, mostly because of headroom getting in and out of it. I'm not the tallest guy either.. No offer of exchange as sales was final at the time and I'll never get taxes back if I try to trade (nor depreciation). I have to live with it. Time will tell if I change this rating but 3 stars is the best I can do at this time. More

Tire Service High Risk. The first time I took my Jeep in, this year, to rotate tires I was driving home down I 10 and heard a horrible noise. Arriving home my husb High Risk. The first time I took my Jeep in, this year, to rotate tires I was driving home down I 10 and heard a horrible noise. Arriving home my husband found the lug nuts weren't tightened down! Recently we bought 1000 worth of new tires and coming home today I'm hearing a horrible banging sound, again. Getting home we find two tires with loose lug nuts! I drive, daily, on I 10 at 70-75 mph and can't believe the property and bodily harm this, lack of, quality workmanship could create. I have NEVER, in all my years, had lug nuts come loose on a tire and certainly recognize the impact of the skill and/or attention of the recent service. I will not seek service here in the future and put myself or property at risk. To say I'm less than satisfied is an understatement. C. Wilk. More
