People were super friendly and welcoming. They let me look at the new cars and a hellcat while they were getting the paperwork ready. I also told them about an experience at a car show about the grand wagoneer, and how i wasn't able to get in it to experience it and the salesperson let me get in on and start it (I didn't drive it) to experience it. My only problem is they didn't mention how the car I bought from them had a leaking oil problem and i wish they just fixed it before they sold it to me or at least told me. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this dealer More
We live in Wisconsin. Bought a 2022 Kia Stinger Scorpion GT2 thru them. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I also bought a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness as well as a Ford truck 4 Bought a 2022 Kia Stinger Scorpion GT2 thru them. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I also bought a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness as well as a Ford truck 4 me husband. These people at Feeny...hardest people EVER to get ahold of to ask questions and get information from...hardest people ever 2 get AN HONEST ANSWER FROM. The paperwork was screwed up from the get go. Had 2 send it back and firth multiple times. My name was spelled wrong, THE MILEAGE WAS ALTERED/WRONG, the PRICE WAS INFLATED FROM WHAT I WAS INITIALLY TOLD, the delivery cost was also inflated from what we were promised. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED about and cosmetic defects or issues. Was told NOPE...NONE. WRONG!!! There were SO MANY! Some...were pretty darn prevalent and noticeable. The engine cover was COMPLETELY AND TOTALLY CRACKED IN 2 DIFFERENT PLACES BC SOME ONE IN THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT APPARENTLY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN CHECKING THE ENTIRE CAR AND ENGINE OVER FOR INSPECTION!!! I'M ABSOLUTELY BAFFLED JUST HOW SOMETHING THAT MAJOR COULD BE OVER LOOKED, 2 B HONEST WITH U. IT'S LITERALLY THE VERY FIRST THING U SEE WHEN U OPEN THE HOOD UP!!!. The number was highly extravagant. There were even some THAT WERE CHIPS ACTUALLY QUITE DEEP. THERE WAS ALSO A HUGE CHUNK OF METAL MISSING FROM ONE OF THE RIMS. AND A DENT UNDER THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR, TOWARDS THE FRONT, MADE FROM/WITH A JACK TO LOOK/GET UNDER THE CAR. NONE of this was EVER DISCLOSED TO US IN THE LEAST...EVEN THOUGH I ASKED 2-3X!!! This was NOT a cheap used car...over $40,000 to B precise. I called about the defects and problems...3x. Have yet to HEAR BACK FROM MIKE...THE GENERAL MANAGER, which is who I dealt with pretty much 95% of the time. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY A CAR FTOM THIS DEALERSHIP UNLESS U R THERE IN PERSON 2 VHECK IT OUT FTOM TOP 2 BOTTOM, FRONT 2 BACK AND INSIDE OUT. THEY WILL TAKE LITERALLY EVERY CHANCE 2 BOLD FACE LIE 2 U REGARDING EVERYTHING THAT THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH!! TRUST ME, I KNOW AND CAN VERIFY LITERALLY EVERYTHING I SAID HERE WITH PICTURES, TAPE RECORDED CONVERSATIONS AND SCREEN SHOTS OF CONVERSATIONS. I texted and called the general manager to at least have them send some matching touch up paint 2 try and rectify the cosmetic issues that they bold faced lied about. STILL...ONE WEEK LATER, HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM THEM/HIM AT ALL. They also didn't send the ASKED FOR CARFAX until AFTER THE SALE AND WE HAD THE CAR IN OUR POSSESSION. Was also lied to regarding who owned and drove the car. Was told the miles on the car were HIGHWAY MILES. Another bold face lie...unless the driver CONSTANTLY drove on the gravel shoulders. As there R HUNDREDS OF HORRIBLE CHIPS AND GOUGES ON THE FRONT OF THE CAR, THE BOTTOM OF THE DOORS, THE TIRE RIMS AND THE SIDE VIEW MIRRORS!!! Was assured an older gentleman owned and drove it. REALLY, HONESTLY DONT THINK SO. He MIGHT have been the owner, but definitely NOT the majority driver. The user name for the individual driving the car was indicative of a MUCH YOUNGER individual. Was quite easy to find that unfortunate information out. This car dealership wouldn't and couldn't tell U the truth regarding at least a used car, if their life depended on it. And as soon as they have your $$$, THEY TOTALLY CUT U LOOSE AND WRITE U OFF AND COMPLETELY FORGET ABOUT U. I REALLY feel like they took complete and total advantage of myself...a 62 yo mother and her 21 yo son since we lived SO DARN FAR AWAY. I point blank asked the general manager just why they hadn't sold this particular car yet as LITERALLY EVERY OTHER CAR LIKE THIS WOULD GET SNAPPED UP VIRTUALLY IMMEDIATELY. HE GAVE ME A BUNCH OF xx AND TOLD ME A BUNCH OF LAME,UNVERIFIABLE EXCUSES. A VAST MAJORITY OF THE PROBLEMS THAT WE FOUND UPON INSPECTING THE CAR ONCE WE RECIEVED IT WERE BIG ENOUGH THAT U TRULY DID NOT EVEN HAVE 2 GO LOOKING FOR THEM. THEY PRACTICALLY JUMPED RIGHT OUT AT U 2 SHAKE YOUR HAND. PLEASE B VERY WARY ABOUT BUYING ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE More

Was suppose to go purchase a car today they called me yesterday at 5:30 and told me to come see the Vehicle , called back at 9:30 (after hours) Stating someone had a deposit on the vehicle !! Didn’t offe yesterday at 5:30 and told me to come see the Vehicle , called back at 9:30 (after hours) Stating someone had a deposit on the vehicle !! What an awful dealership. I responded to an online posting and requested to be contacted ASAP. When I did not hear from them I phoned and made a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle until I could drive posting and requested to be contacted ASAP. When I did not hear from them I phoned and made a $1,000 deposit to hold the vehicle until I could drive there, a short time later I called to schedule the visit and was informed they were showing it, after hours (6:00PM) I was informed they sold it. It took several days to receive the money back including a rather underhanded additional charge. More
