Contacted Joe. Told him I was prequalified to buy a Nitro and that I wanted to buy it now. He said Westlake financial had high fees and preferred Capital One, and to send an application to get the SUV I want and that I wanted to buy it now. He said Westlake financial had high fees and preferred Capital One, and to send an application to get the SUV I wanted. He never got back to me and sold the SUV regardless to someone else. Talk about being dishonest. I hope no one ever does business with this guy or car dealership. They are very dishonest. More
