Once one of them was directed to us, we told them exactly the car we were interested in. He pulled the car around for review and test drive, but upon looking at the car we noticed that there was an addendum sticker with an approximately $7k “market adjustment fee”, but the required Maroney sticker was absent. When I inquired about this, the salesman pulled it out from under the driver’s seat. We were immediately suspicious of this and subsequently noticed a number of vehicles on the lot with missing, though required by law, Marony stickers. When I inquired about the market adjustment, the salesman said it was non-negotiable. My wife and I started walking away immediately. The salesman called out that he could likely have it removed and then wanted to talk further with us. We did not stay and found this whole “market adjustment “ thing not to be a problem elsewhere. We ultimately purchased the same vehicle in the Raleigh area seamlessly. I’m sure this is a localized tactic to take advantage of young soldiers that don’t know any better or don’t have the ability to drive elsewhere. Despicable. Nobody else tries “market adjustments” in 2024 as dealerships have surplus inventory. Places got away with such things during the chip shortage, but that hasn’t been the case for quite a while. More

They get you in the door with it, even have people out in the parking lot to funnel you into the place. You tell them you're just here to collect your $1000 that the scratch of indicated you've "WON"! NOT a win at all. After a couple of hours later of them trying to sell you a vehicle that you don't want, they still keep the pressure on. My daughter had no job, no credit and was told that they could still get her into a vehicle, even had a salesperson bring a car around for her to test drive it. Finally I requested that Tina, the salesperson give my daughter her ID back so we could get out of there. All advertisement that comes from KIA in Fayetteville is immediately thrown in the garbage where it belongs, as that KIA can't be trusted, PERIOD! More

Felt extremely deceived by their marketing techniques. Their event had pull tabs that said I “won” $1000 cash. They set up an automated call line that confirmed I was a winner. But upon arrival, I was Their event had pull tabs that said I “won” $1000 cash. They set up an automated call line that confirmed I was a winner. But upon arrival, I was informed that the “confirmation” number was the actual winning number and all the tabs saying I won were meaningless. This of course was after they took my information and current car model. I highly recommend against doing business with a company that is willing to use that level of deception to get people into the door. I’m sure that they have all their legal bases covered, but definitely left there feeling like I’ve been conned. What a terrible way to conduct their business. More
Beware of their “Lottery”. It is a typical sleazy dealership tactic. I received one of their letters yesterday (similar to a scratch off) and it said I won 1000$. I went to the It is a typical sleazy dealership tactic. I received one of their letters yesterday (similar to a scratch off) and it said I won 1000$. I went to the dealership and that was not the case. They were more focused on selling me a car and the confirmation code had to match the board to actually win a prize. This is extremely misleading, and whoever runs this dealership should be ashamed of giving people hopes up in these hard times. More

THIS COMPANY USES FALSE ADVERTISEMENT TO DRIVE IN CUSTOMERS W LOW CREDIT SCORES, and then will deny you and some even treat you like trash when they realize you have debt. DONT GO TO TYRONE he was ve CUSTOMERS W LOW CREDIT SCORES, and then will deny you and some even treat you like trash when they realize you have debt. DONT GO TO TYRONE he was very condescending and rude, once he realized I might not qualify. I can’t wait to speak w a higher up, you never know how the way you treat someone will affect their confidence and it hurt so badly the way I was treated, being a first time mom just looking at my options…. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE ! More
