Friendly Staff but the website was wrong. I scheduled an oil change on my Ford F-250 on the dealer website. I selected the correct truck and Engine (6.7L Diesel) and it gave a price for "basic I scheduled an oil change on my Ford F-250 on the dealer website. I selected the correct truck and Engine (6.7L Diesel) and it gave a price for "basic service" which was $52, which I thought was kinda low. The reality is, that they tell you $52 regardless of vehicle selection. They know this and have not/will not fix it. I ended up paying over $100, which I thought was high for non-synthetic oil. If I can be allowed to select the engine, then show me a price that's relevant for that engine. It's not that the price was a little off, it's that it was DOUBLE what the site said it would be. I will not give 5 stars to a dealership that let's something this simple go unnoticed, And I'm sure I'm not the first to bring it up. More

Very disappointed. Purchased pre-owned Ford Flex from Alan Vigil. My first American made car in over 20 years. Took in for 1st (complimentary) oil change. Subsequentl Purchased pre-owned Ford Flex from Alan Vigil. My first American made car in over 20 years. Took in for 1st (complimentary) oil change. Subsequently, about a week later, the heat stopped working. Took back for a diagnostic. After waiting over 5 hours for a status call, went to retrieve the car and was told there was no antifreeze in the car. When asked wouldn't they have detected that during a 10-point check at the time of oil change, they said they do not check fluids, etc.; just change the oil. I guess since it was complimentary, that is all I should have expected. Very disappointed that this was taken so lightly. I have always had fluids checked when getting oil changes with my other vehicles. This is my first Ford, and needless to say, I expected better from the service department. I will not be taking the car back to the dealer for service and this will be my last Ford purchase. More
