He makes appropriate arrangements with their courtesy car having me delivered and picked up at my office in a timely manner. I not only have my personal car that I maintain routine maintenance and service on but our company car as well. My family and company have purchased five cars from Allan Vigil Ford of Fayetteville. Speedy service I came into the service center at 8am and left somewhere around 11. All I needed was an oil change, tire rotation and my tires aliened. This is the second time I have used your service and the same situation occurred. In fact I had to ask repeatedly just to be told it will be only a few minuets longer. Then after my service someone called and asked about my service experience and I told them the same thing. They said oh we are working on the timing. That is what they said on the first visit several months ago. I am not happy with your service. If I an find another Ford dealership that can do the work in a timely manner I will certainly go to them. Also the waiting is about the poorest I have seen for dealership. I mentioned this last time and someone sent me a not saying the dealership was addressing this issue. Nothing has change. More
Fast and courteous! I had a problem, with my SYNC where the AUDIO was totally off. The software had to be rebooted. Service was fast and there was also no charge for it. Deal with Keith in service I took my car in hoping it needed a battery. I was told I needed a part that nobody I spoke with had ever heard of. I was also told it was around $1 I took my car in hoping it needed a battery. I was told I needed a part that nobody I spoke with had ever heard of. I was also told it was around $1000 and it would take a week. A week later I was called and told that the part was supposedly delivered to the wrong place and it would be another 4 days! I was "Ubered out" and frustrated! After talking with SEVERAL people there I spoke with Keith in service and promised he would get it ready for me that day. Low and behold, the part showed up, and my car was ready in a few short hours AND it was less than what was originally quoted!! I will ALWAYS deal with Keith and ONLY Keith at the service department! I checked all 5 stars because of Keith! Thank you Keith!! More
