I used Fayetteville Ford's mobile service today for an oil change. Great service! Fayetteville Ford management communicated with me who would be coming out, the time, and type of vehicle they would be a oil change. Great service! Fayetteville Ford management communicated with me who would be coming out, the time, and type of vehicle they would be arriving in. The technicians showed up on time, were polite and professional. Asked permission to do the oil change where the car was parked. They listened to my requests and acknowledged what they found afterward. I didn't have to take time off of work or out of my day off to sit in the service department waiting room. I will definitely use this service again. More
My car was in the shop for 4 and a half months. The communication was terrible. The service advisor even lied to me stating my only option is to rebuild my transmission because it's a cvt, which I The communication was terrible. The service advisor even lied to me stating my only option is to rebuild my transmission because it's a cvt, which I later found out to be a lie (they do sell new transmissions). I don't know why they wanted to keep my car so long... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO FAYETTEVILLE FORD IN FAYETTEVILLE, GEORGIA AGAIN IN MY LIFE. That was a HORRENDOUS experience. I wish I could give a negative 5 star rating. More
I want to give this service dept a big 5 for the work on my recent Ford Ranger recall that inspected my rear seats for a Child seat and also improved the headrests where it solves a blind spot issue. Key to my rating was because of Navy Vet TYLER BURNETT. Contact him and he will schedule and even remind you of your appointment. Like a Doctor's appointment.. wow. He was polite, honest and professional and recommend you consider him for tough service jobs and especially, recall work that he did for me. BURNETT clearly made my service dept visit very acceptable. More

I had a Friday 11 AM appointment for a "Restraint Control System" warning light issue (under warranty). After being without my car all weekend, I called on Monday to touch base. No returned call. I stopped by because I needed something from my car. I then pressed for information on a progress update and was told it will not be until Friday that it would be even looked at! One week of just sitting in a lot is a bad deal and made no sense. Why the appointment? Shawn the manager was very polite and helpful and agreed I should just bring it back another less busy time. I told James he could have communicated better. What a waste of time for everyone. Not sure I want to try again. More

Was told if I wanted tires rotated if would be an additional $7, according to their own site schedule it's included better known as the "Works". My previous service here before this one they never checked the fluids, if they did why was the transmission fluid n early a quart low? I guess that function is at an additional cost as well. Where's the quality control today? Who's checking behind the Techs? More

This is the only place I will take my car to. All of the employees are genuinely just really great people. I had a lot going on with my car recently and Lawrence was just the best. He gave me all the proper employees are genuinely just really great people. I had a lot going on with my car recently and Lawrence was just the best. He gave me all the proper information I needed, kept me up to speed, and I just felt like I was apart of the family there at Alan Vigil. This places makes me want to keep purchasing Fords as I don't want anyone else to service my car. More
