I spent 8 hours waiting for them to program my TBC. They told me to come in at 9am and they would get me taken care of. I was told it would take about 10 minutes. At 430pm, while waiting in the waiting room all day, I flagged someone down to see what they status of my truck was. They had to call the service writer at home to find my truck and figure out what was going on. They had completely forgotten about my truck. I spent 8 hours of my day and still paid $250 for something that should have taken 15 minutes . I lost 3 clients because I was not able to attend my scheduled appointments. Bottom line. Take your vehicle anywhere but here. You'd be better served driving to any other dealership to get your vehicle serviced. This place needs to be shut down, or the employees need to be trained to treat customers like humans and not inconveniences. More

Overall worst buying experience….oh and they blame you for getting frustrated when you have a horrible sales experience….better yet they blame (and are rude to) the individual sales person they switched you to mid conversations (that has no clue what’s going on). Update: the original salesman called and texted me post this review. He said his managers suspended him…wow cool…because that was the issue. Neither sales person is at fault here. I blame management. Used car sales manager is condescending and needs management classes. The GM didn’t even apologize…he could care less about customer service. He was more annoyed he had to step in. Union City has a Ford dealership 15mins away. You would be better served to make the extra drive. Updated # 2 in response to their reply below: trying to put blame back on customers…if by foul language you mean the use of the word “xxxxxxxx” when referencing a defective door on a 50k vehicle you are correct. Other than that no foul language was used. Furthermore, frustrations are targeted at POOR MANAGEMENT….not at the valuation given for my vehicle. If I was treated with courtesy I would have been fine with the trade value offered…shook hands and parted ways. Again, this is a save face attempt to hoodwink future customers. More concerning that a suspended employee could use my personal contact information outside of the dealership. Again this another example of Buyers BEWARE. More

Fayetteville Ford management communicated with me who would be coming out, the time, and type of vehicle they would be a oil change. Great service! I sincerely believe the folks inside could have done more to speed up the purchase process. More

I don't know why they wanted to keep my car so long... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO FAYETTEVILLE FORD IN FAYETTEVILLE, GEORGIA AGAIN IN MY LIFE. That was a HORRENDOUS experience.
