1 poor overall service and over pricing was insane especially being that I was charged over 1000$ for a factory defect. Not to mention it took 10 days to even look at my vehicle, but you were really f especially being that I was charged over 1000$ for a factory defect. My truck was suppose to get an oil change and tire rotation. The advisor called and said I needed new tires. I declined because I know my husband was getting tires. I call for an oil change and tire rotation an was scheduled immediately. I arrived a few minutes before appointment and was seen immediately and less than 45 minutes they were finished.
