Had yesterday been my first time coming in for service, I would NOT return! The greeter was fine, personable like my other visits, would NOT return! The greeter was fine, personable like my other visits, More
Where do I start? I've had the "pleasure" of dealing with Crown Dodge three times since 2018, and let me tell you, my trust issues continue with this dealership. My 20 I've had the "pleasure" of dealing with Crown Dodge three times since 2018, and let me tell you, my trust issues continue with this dealership. My 2018 Scat Pack Challenger was supposed to be brand new, but every time I took it in for service, a new issue magically appeared. So, naturally, as soon as the 3-year/36,000-mile warranty expired, I gladly traded that car right back to them. Now, let's talk about the 2020 Scat Pack Challenger. I drove it several years and there were no issues with the car. I never took it to their service center. You can draw your own conclusions here. My last and definitely — FINAL — experience with Crown was the cherry on top. They advertised a 2015 Chrysler 300S online as available, so I visited the dealership on 6/10. Worked with an associate, Terra, who I must admit, was excellent. However, the car wasn't ready for sale yet, but I saw this as an opportunity for better negotiations, considering the work needed and the additional terms I wanted. We struck a deal with the understanding that the additional work would be completed upon delivery. The documented notes suggested it would take two weeks, but surprisingly, it was done in just one. Suspicious, I asked for the service sheet to verify the work, but despite multiple inquiries, they couldn't provide one. Annoying, right? I drove the car home only to realize it had a slight lean to the left because the agreed upon alignment wasn't done, and on top of that, the promised new spark plugs and timing belt were nowhere to be found. Back to the dealership I went, asking for that elusive service sheet, which they still couldn't produce. Frustrating! I had to present paperwork showing they promised to replace the spark plugs and belt, and only then did the manager admit they hadn't done it. They took the car back and gave me a loaner while the work was completed, but, you guessed it, still no service sheet as proof. Fast forward to 7/5, and the nightmare continues. The car developed a loud clunking sound, the check engine light came on, and it locked up, leaving me stranded. I had to tow it back to the dealership, but they didn't offer me a loaner despite me needing transportation to work. I didn't bug them for updates, deciding to be patient and give them the benefit of the doubt. Bad idea. On 7/22, I received a letter from the DMV saying the tag transfer I submitted hadn't been completed. After investigating with the insurance company and finance manager at the dealership, I discovered they hadn't processed the title, which could lead to fines. On 7/25, the lien holder said they didn't have the title, and this mess could affect my loan status. I tried reaching them over the phone, leaving countless voicemails, and it was like shouting into an abyss. Only when I visited the dealership did I get any action, which I shouldn't have to do so often, mind you. During that visit, the service tech walked me through the issues and provided a progress update, but still no proper service sheets. And when I talked to the sales manager, it seemed like positive things might finally happen. They resolved the title and registration problem, and the car would be ready on 7/29. But then, during registration pickup, the Sales Manager only offered $500, when I had expected $1,000, which is what I would have paid for a rental during all this mess. I decided to button up all the business in one go and contacted them, hoping they'd give them enough time to sort out the money issue while I had to travel for work the following week. But alas, the service manager called me back today (7/31) and dropped the bomb: they won't give me the promised money, and they even had the nerve to complain about the $6,000 in repairs they put into the car, as if they didn't have to do that! I'm beyond disgusted and I'm finished with Crown Dodge. Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone considering giving up your hard-earned money to this establishment. They've lost me as a c More

They did such a good job servicing my vehicle that when I exited the military and came back home, I had to pay about $3000 worth of critical repairs that should've been caught and maintained during my time i exited the military and came back home, I had to pay about $3000 worth of critical repairs that should've been caught and maintained during my time in NC. On top of this, their basic service fees are WAY more expensive than what I pay in CA. More
The prices have gone up way to much. 6 months ago I paid way less than recently. I cannot afford to keep getting maintenance done here. 6 months ago I paid way less than recently. I cannot afford to keep getting maintenance done here. More
