The service manager is very unprofessional . My truck has been in and out of the shop 4 times for transmission replacement . The dealer charged my ext warranty $13k for whole new transmission re My truck has been in and out of the shop 4 times for transmission replacement . The dealer charged my ext warranty $13k for whole new transmission replacement , tranny cooler, tranny lines but never changed the cooler and lines. So now there’s metal all inside the system from old trans being blown. The truck went back 4x and finally changed out those parts that they originally charged my warranty for . The truck has been out of service for almost 3 months now . The service manager at Fayetteville dodge is a xxxxx . Very very in professional . He tells me to go get an attorney if I want the case resolved . My truck is sitting at home , and I’ve lost over 3 months of income as to the truck being my business and my income . I have proof of all this mal practice , and a witness as to that person was with me at the dealer . I’ve asked multiple times for weeks for service manager to contact me for status of vehicle , and he would never get back to me until I called multiple times 40x in one hours time . Very very very poor poor workmanship . The manager is running a circus . I will be contacting the better business bureau and reporting what has happened . More

They lost my originally scheduled appointment and I had to come back a different day and time. I’m not sure if their online scheduling system doesn’t work or if they just bump you when they’re too busy, bu to come back a different day and time.
