Asked about a Rebel truck for out the door price. Got a number and everything was good to go. Truck got sold but they had another one they said I could get. Got approved for the loan got my trade app Got a number and everything was good to go. Truck got sold but they had another one they said I could get. Service Dept employee, Leona (sp? ) was extremely rude. She hung up the telephone in mid-conversation with customer because she could not answer a question. She provided erroneous info ) was extremely rude. She hung up the telephone in mid-conversation with customer because she could not answer a question. She provided erroneous information on a purchased extended warranty, then blamed the customer for not knowing what company issued the warranty. She is ill-equipped to work in customer service and unapologetic about her attitude and behavior. More
