Lack of communication between staff. I was under the impression that I had an appointment to have service done. When I arrived I was told I did not, but I was fitted in, which was good. However, the first person I spoke with took my information and the services I needed, then I was past on to another staff person who was unaware and did not ask what service I was having done. I had a card for a free oil change, and the first person I spoke with recommended the tire rotation, which I agreed to have done. The next person only heard oil change, not being as thorough as the first service person. So, all I got was a oil change, and I was told I did not ask for tire rotation, which replied I did. Because of scheduling and the wait I had, I did not want convince this person I needed and wanted both services; nor did I want to make an appointment, because it may not be honored or listed. Also, this is not the first time staff had not communicated well and I was very disappointed; hence, the reason for the free oil change. More

I paid $1500 for that (transmission replace was right at 6000) in the last 6 months I've paid $7500 the day I got it back (within 70 minutes) it was doing the exact same thing it did before I took it up them for this last repair.
