First diagnosis said it would take no more then three days. When I carried it in everything was good. Two days later, no contact whatsoever. I called not once but twice. Each time a lady said the service days. When I carried it in everything was good. Two days later, no contact whatsoever. I called not once but twice. Each time a lady said the service advisor would call me back shortly. That never happened. The third time I asked for the general manager. He called me back about an hour later. The vehicle wouldn’t be ready until the fourth day. I did get the vehicle back and repair was complete. However, service advisor never called and when I showed up, never offered an explanation or apology. More
