Absolutely the worst service ever received in my almost 64 years of life on this planet. I will never ever cross the threshold Of this organization ever again. And yes, the service “Director” and I had a long conversation. Lots of promises, lots of apologies. However when I called back again the next day, The service reps still had no idea where my vehicle was or the status of it, it wasn’t even in the system After two days of being on the lot. Absolutely abysmal. So bad that my vehicle is now at a Jeep dealership for service. More
They did nothing to my vehicle that I already didn't do. They charged me almost 180 to reset the codes and not even a day later the codes came back like we told them they would. My truck sat in the lot waiting to be serviced for 4. 5 days. Why have me bring it in if you can’t look at it. Your appointment folks have no clue what the work load of the service shop is.
