What a joke! I was looking at a 2021 Silverado High Country with a sale price of $49,999. I'm from Ohio and asked if they were open to offers, which they said t I was looking at a 2021 Silverado High Country with a sale price of $49,999. I'm from Ohio and asked if they were open to offers, which they said they were willing to negotiate. EVERYBODY knows the market is overpriced!!! I wanted to negotiate before traveling that far. They called me directly and asked for my address and information to "see if we can get you close to your offer, what we might be able to workout." We all know buyers throw out a number and always expect a counter offer at the very least. I have an 800 credit score and a six figure income and have been quoted 8-9 percent from my bank and several other dealers. Upon "crunching their numbers," they sent me a quote. The quote was for the exact same (blank) price, $49,999 at 13% interest and a $700 document fee. Spare us the xx of "great price" stickers on Autotrader and telling us buyers it's priced to sell. Everyone is OVERPRICED. In the last 3 months I have talked to numerous dealers with this exact model truck and many have been on lots from anywhere from 3-7 months and they won't move a penny on pricing. Cox automotive owns Manheim wholesale, KBB and Cox enterprises owns Autotrader......so some of us know why prices are being kept high, despite increasing inventory, record repossessions and 2024 models coming. If you're not willing to negotiate, than just say that's the price and leave it at that instead of wasting peoples time saying "lets see what we can do for you on price,"......which was absolutely nothing! Just another reason whey people hate dealing with dealerships! More

Made an appointment for a Wednesday, nobody called till Friday to tell me that it would be 3 days till they could look at it. The following week I called back on Wednesday and the said that they’d told me Friday to tell me that it would be 3 days till they could look at it. The following week I called back on Wednesday and the said that they’d told me Friday that it would be a week before they knew anything because it was a diesel and they only had one diesel tech. They ended up having the truck for 3 weeks to replace a fuse and do a manual regen. Absolutely terrible communication on their end and will never go back. More
