I assume this survey is about my buying experience and I have to say that went extremely well. However on 30OCT I went to have my 21 Ramm 1500 classic diagnosed for a sound coming from the rear end. The mechanic test drove the vehicle for 6 miles and didnt hear a noise. He then checked the suspension components and said everything as was good. After being told this my the sales rep I took the mechanic on a second test drive. He said he heard the noise but it was most likely tire noise. However the noise is only heard when you press the accelerator regardless of you change speeds or not. The mechanic continued to claim it was the tires and dismissed everything I had to say. After the test drive I returned to the sales rep and complained where he then alluded that the sound was because I had equipment in the back of my truck. Again this cannot be true. I claimed the mechanic didn't really do anything but was told I had to pay. I begrudgingly paid and left. More
I took my car there because it wasn’t starting. When they did their initial inspection they said my battery was leaking from the battery terminal and I need to replace my starter. I told them I just got my battery replaced with in the last three months so no ting was wrong with my battery but I opted it to replace my starter. They replaced it and called my about a leak from my coolant hose near the ignition switch. When I towed it to the car shop it wasn’t any leaks because I inspected when it got dropped off. When I got to the dealership I inspected it and I looked like it got cut or someone pulled it out. More
Took my car there to have a transmission problem diagnosed. They stated nothing was wrong beyond suspension issues and needing new spark plugs, although those had just been replaced 6500 miles ago. diagnosed. It was driven less than one mile after i dropped it off, although the transmission issue was happening on the highway. When I picked up the vehicle, I only drove 11 miles, I didn't even get it home, and the service engine light came on again. I used my OBD2 reader to see what the code was and it was error code P0700 Transmission Control System error. I've decided I'll be writing the $200+ I spent for a lack of diagnosis, effort, and professionalism, off on my taxes as a donation to this charity case of a dealership. More

I feel like I got robbed $190 hr labor I purchased the part from you guys personally. It took not even 2 hrs.
