Jeepram18, I responded to your review privately right away to try and resolve your issue. I could see you read my response but neglected to respond. I also sent a secondary response to you that you didn’t bother even looking at. I expressed that I was sorry for your experience but we didn’t have any information to verify you have actually ever been to the dealership. I have personally never talked to you before and you tagged me in your review. Justin also has no idea who you could be. We take reviews and our reputation very seriously. At this point your review is fake and it is completely slander towards Fayetteville Dodge Inc. This is unacceptable and not tolerated. We ask you to please take your fake review down. I tried to resolve this privately first but you decided to not respond for 2 weeks even after reading my first response to you. I am sorry to our other customers that have to read this. In the event this is in anyway legitimate I will stand by my original response which was that I am here to help and resolve your issues. As I responded to "Ryan" in his private message in which he threatened me with legal action, this review is 100% accurate and I was in fact a customer. Under no circumstance will I provide my contact information on this review as I don't feel it's necessary. I stand by my review in it's entirety merely do to the poor experience I had at the dealership - an honest review. In all fairness, I have NEVER had an issue with their sales department, but the consistently poor experiences with service is what warranted the original review.

jeepram18, After 8 months you finally responded. Yet you have still never proven to us that you were ever a customer at my establishment. You tagged me in the review yet I have never spoken with you before. You have had several chances to respond to me privately and let me know who you are. I offered to resolve you issue originally but you ignored us for 8 months. I do not know how to help people that won't tell me who they are. I still do not believe I ever spoke with you or that you have ever been to my dealership. Slandering us must make you feel great. Your review was and still is unwarranted. I did not threaten anyone. Your review is fake so you should take it down and I explained that to you privately and publicly. Whenever you are ready to tell me who you are, let me know. In the meantime enjoy trolling people on the internet.
