Experienced personnel and quality work After 61,000 miles it was time for the brake pads and rotors to be replaced. Because it is a Dodge dealership the parts for the rear wheels of my Chry After 61,000 miles it was time for the brake pads and rotors to be replaced. Because it is a Dodge dealership the parts for the rear wheels of my Chrysler 300 were not in their parts stock, but available the next day. Everything was explained to me and options were given as to when to complete the total work on all the brakes. An oil change and minor head light adjustment were done along with the front brake work. Additionally, my new cell phone would not "pair" with the car. Dealer service and sales personnel tried their best to "pair" the car and phone. Turns out that "UCONNECT" is not programmed for my phone. Overall, my experience was excellent. Professional, efficient and quality work.
