Excellence I called with an immediate need, of a new battery. My key fobs are not working, but the batteries were good. The findings were, that my car's original battery (5 1/2 years old), was bad. I waited for the weekly delivery of batteries, and was immediately accommodated, with an appointment. The employees, in the service department, Jeff, in particular, handled this with ease. I will always come back to Fayetteville Dodge, for ALL of my automotive needs. Best Service Department Ever I have never left this dealership less than extremely happy, and that applies to their service department. A recent experience just reinforced my impression. I dropped in when a control switch critical to driving the vehicle safely broke. Despite the part not being covered by warranty and appointments backed up for two weeks, they took the vehicle in immediately and replaced the part at no charge! In addition, they took care of two recalls I had been neglecting. Here's to old-fashioned Mom and Pop service in the modern age, with kudos to service guy Will Young and sales guy Jason Learo! More

Front Brake Repair My front brakes were making a loud rapping sound as I drove so I dropped my car off at Fayetteville Dodge because I always go there to service both my My front brakes were making a loud rapping sound as I drove so I dropped my car off at Fayetteville Dodge because I always go there to service both my 2010 Chrysler Sebring and our 2010 Dodge Nitro. It took a week to get the parts (front brake caliper adaptors) because of some sort of snafu with their shipment. That was the only hitch as after I picked my car up, the repair went well because the car drives as good as new now. Justin and Will kept me apprised in regard to the parts availability/shipment issue by touching base with me frequently. I'm fully satisfied with the repair that was done as I always have been when I've had my car serviced at Fayetteville Dodge. Great work folks! More
