My headlight went out one day last week, I called Fayetteville Dodge on Thursday and was able to get an appointment on Saturday. Drove up from NJ for a service and in route, my car's electronics started acting up. Windows going down, interior lights going on, etc. Stopped by Saturday morning and Jeff took the car, found the genera electronics started acting up. Windows going down, interior lights going on, etc. Stopped by Saturday morning and Jeff took the car, found the general issue but did not have time to get necessary parts in. Instead, he did all he could to patch things together so I'd be able to get home. He refused to charge me b/c he said he couldn't guarantee the fix would work. It worked; made it home with no issues. Jeff was amazing, kind and generous. Top Notch!! More

Went in for help finding a bolt For my 21 Promaster. Because it didn’t easily come up in a kit on their computer they said they were unwilling to help. Clearly there is no such thing as a 21 Promaster with a trailer hitch. Don’t waste your time looking for help, very unfriendly and not interested in helping. More

I have been a Fayetteville Dodge customer/owner since we bought our awesome Grand Caravan in 2013 and have been extremely pleased with the sales and service ever since. I like the Grand Caravan so much, I bought a used 2010 and am enjoying it equally as well! The stow and go seats are so easy to put down and up, especially at our age (80)! The service department has taken care of our vehicle with great care and knowledge! I highly recommend Fayetteville Dodge! More

I have been with Fayetteville Dodge Ram since 2014 when I bought my Dodge Caravan. I have had all servicing on it done there because I trust them. I even buy my tires from them because no one else beats th bought my Dodge Caravan. I have had all servicing on it done there because I trust them.
