Awesome Experience at Fayetteville Dodge! Based on where I live, I have several local Dodge dealer options to choose from. Because Fayetteville Dodge had the Challenger I was most interested Based on where I live, I have several local Dodge dealer options to choose from. Because Fayetteville Dodge had the Challenger I was most interested in, I decided to make the longer drive out there. When I called to check availability, I was put in touch with Sales Associate Justin O’Connor. He took down my information and was back to me within minutes confirming the car’s availability. When I arrived at the showroom, he coordinated my test drive quickly and allowed me more than ample time to get familiar with the car and drive it. I brought my wife back the next day to drive the car. Again, Justin had the car parked up front ready to roll, upon our arrival. After brief, pressure-free negotiations, Justin got me to a lease rate that worked well within my budget (actually exceeding my expectations). Upon delivery of the vehicle, I met with both Justin and Mike Forster (Business Manager), to finalize the paperwork. Both gentleman were well prepared and very professional with the transaction and made the overall process quick, and stress-free. Overall, I was very satisfied and impressed with Fayetteville Dodge and especially how efficient and courteous Justin and the staff were throughout the entire process. Best vehicle buying experience I have ever had, hands down! I have bought many vehicles over the years, and never look forward to everthing that goes in to the experience. Doing the research on the vehicle, dea I have bought many vehicles over the years, and never look forward to everthing that goes in to the experience. Doing the research on the vehicle, dealing with sales people, and then the negotiations are what I never enjoy. Well, this time was much different, mostly because of justin, my salesperson. I have never owned a truck, but really wanted one. I stopped in to another dealership, and spent a lot of time with three different salespeople. By the time I walked out of there, I was more confused than ever. I then decided to give Fayetteville Dodge a chance. I walked in, and Justin asked if I needed any help. It was the best thing that ever happened to me! I started asking him about all the trucks I was thinking about, and his knowledge about all different types of trucks was incredible! Justin helped me narrow down what type of truck was best for me. Justin did this in a way that made it seem like we had been friends for years. Justin was not like all the other salespeople I had to deal with at the other dealership or like any of the salespeople I had dealt with in the past. He was a very big help in helping me decide what was best for me, not what the dealership wanted to sell me. Negotiating with Justin was also a very smooth process. I know I ended up with a great deal! This is one sales guy I trust, one who seemed like he was looking out for me instead of just trying to get a sale.
