Service After Sale My wife and I, somewhat impulsively bought a used Durango. We worked with Justin. After driving on I-81 for under 5 minutes, we found an issue where the whole front end of the truck rattled at high speed. I immediately emailed Justin. He was very responsive, and set up a service time for the next full business day. The service team replaced ALL FOUR tires, at their cost, and gave my wife a loaner for the day while they worked on it. While I haven't driven it myself, my wife said it is much better. Great experience I was a previous owner of a Ford F-150 which was leased. My three year old truck only had 17,500 miles on it and when I went back to ford to discuss a I was a previous owner of a Ford F-150 which was leased. I was planning on just buying the ford at the end of my lease and cutting ties. That's until one of my friends came home with a new 2016 big horn and told me about how awesome Jason was to him.
