Went in for help finding a bolt For my 21 Promaster. Because it didn’t easily come up in a kit on their computer they said they were unwilling to help. Our salesman, Scott Mitten, was attentive and responsive from the first phone call to car delivery, and has followed up since delivery to ensure we are still satisfied with the purchase, as well as to answer any questions we may have. This dealership continues to show they are customer driven, and aim to keep us coming back. This will not be our last purchase from Fayetteville Dodge, and we will continue to recommend them to others, both for purchases as well as for service! More
