5-stars for Ryan @ Fayetteville Dodge! We made the trip from out-of-state to purchase a truck from Ryan. We found the truck online and though we were skeptical of buying a car via the internet, Ryan took t from out-of-state to purchase a truck from Ryan. We found the truck online and though we were skeptical of buying a car via the internet, Ryan took the time to make this the absolute best car-buying experience ever. Ryan took care of us before, during, and after the sale. He is always quick to answer any emails or phone calls and he makes certain that his customers leave the dealership knowing that they got a good deal. What more could a customer ask for!?! We will certainly purchase our next vehicle from Fayetteville Dodge. Thanks again, Ryan!!! :) More

Right away I did not feel the high pressure tactics I am used having to deal with in a car dealers, as they were both friendly and put me at ease. Greg was then stuck with me all afternoon while I made up my mind. He was very patient. Once I had finally made a decision, all of the annoying and time consuming details were taken out of my hands (registration, insurance, etc, etc) and my car was ready the next day. Thanks so much for a pleasant and easy car purchasing experience, I have already recommended your dealership to a few of my friends. -- Liz Ahl More
Hands down the best experience I have ever had working with a dealership. Friendly staff, answered every question, worked with me to get what I wanted, and most importantly didn't play any games. Read no with a dealership. Friendly staff, answered every question, worked with me to get what I wanted, and most importantly didn't play any games. Read no further if that is all the information you needed to make your decision. If you'd like to know why I am saying these things then read on. This all started with looking into leasing a Dodge Durango. There weren't any sales people available, so we were introduced to Ryan Geiger, the internet sales specialist, to see if he could help. Mr. Geiger immediately went to work on finding out what I was interested in. He was the friendly, which they should be, but more importantly he was cool. He didn't talk to you like he was trying to just sell you something, but talked to you like he actually wanted to get you exactly what you wanted. Mr. Geiger brought up the Durango advertised and after giving us a nice demo of what the vehicle had, he handed over the keys and let us take it out. After the drive, all he wanted to know what if we liked it. He didn't try to push how great the vehicle is or anything like that. I told him it was nice, but I wasn't crazy on the colors. He just asked what colors I would like, so I told him black interior with black or charcoal paint. Then he took us to his office and tracked one down with those colors in about 10 minutes. He told me if thats what I wanted then it shouldn't be a problem to get it. Amazing. Then the negotiation. Asked if I had a trade-in and I didn't think it would be worth it, since you never get what its worth on a trade. He asked what I wanted for it, so I told him, and then he went to check with the sales manager. Usually this is part of the game and you wait forever for them to come back with bad news. Didn't happen. He came back in under five minutes with a price real close to what I stated. This is not my normal car buying experience. After coming up with the financing with added mileage it seemed that everything was in place. I wasn't honestly ready to sign anything just yet as I didn't expect my day to go anything like it did. There was no pressure to sign anything right on the spot, and I was able to walk out hassle free to think about it. I went over everything that night, called Mr. Geiger the next day, threw out another little negotiation and it was accepted. Again, this does not happen. Mr. Geiger gave me a date of when they could have the Durango delivered to the dealership and readied all the paperwork. I went in the next day, meet with Matt Boicourt to sign some paperwork and was met with the same level of friendliness. The next day I went in to finalize everything, and was handed the keys to my new Durango. There was no headache once in the whole process. Ryan Geiger was the best person I have ever worked with while trying to get a new vehicle,no exaggeration. He listened to what I wanted, and he wanted to get that for me. If Mr. Geiger wasn't available to answer my question, then Mr. Boicourt was right there to answer it. I would recommend Fayetteville Dodge for their service alone. I have already told all my friends to go there and ask for Ryan when they are thinking of getting a new car. What do you have to lose? Ryan and Matt, again, that was the best experience I have ever had with a car purchase. Thank you. More
