I would highly recommend Fayetteville Dodge to anyone that wants to be treated as an individual and not a number. I’ve dealt with the sales, repair and parts departments. They all were very professional, prompt and courteous. I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a five star rating and I know I will be a returning customer in the future. I purchased a used car from them @ two years ago. I had a couple of minor problems which were repaired under their warranty with no problems whatsoever. I recently was in need of a speaker which none of my local dealers could find. I contacted the salesman who sold us the car who in turn put me in contact with the parts department. I now have my speaker. You can’t ask for better service than that More
I recently ordered a ram truck through Fayetteville Dodge and it was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. My salesman Joe was very knowledgeable and friendly. On the day I picked up the truck everyone in the dealership was congratulating me on my purchase which made it more of an “event” than a sale. Great service. I live by Fox dealer but like your service so I'll drive 40 miles to u .. I drove in one day my wipers won't turn off and you fixed the sencor on the spot. It's normally not much fun getting your AC repaired in the middle of January. However the experience that I had this morning at Fayetteville Dodge was so satisfying that I felt compelled to make a commen the middle of January. However the experience that I had this morning at Fayetteville Dodge was so satisfying that I felt compelled to make a comment. I will preface by stating that I have never purchased a car from this dealership. I simply chose them as they were the closest Chrysler-Dodge authorized repair facility in my area. From the young man that greeted me to take the car into the service area, to Neil the service advisor, to Jimmy the technician and finally the cashier; all were very pleasant. More importantly each individual demonstrated a genuine interest in my vehicle, my issues and above all Me! The service advisor and technician were very articulate in explaining the procedure and parts needed to fix my AC system. In other words they didn't treat me as though I was a"dummy" when it came to cars. The service advisor even checked in with me every so often to aprise me on the status of the repair, since I needed to wait for the vehicle to be fixed. I am a bank consultant by trade and get to see all levels of customer service.....good and bad. In today's environment one almost expects and, unfortunately, accepts poor customer service. With my experience today, Fayetteville Dodge reaffirmed my belief that some companies still "Get It" when it comes to providing true "Service" to the customer. Even though I was in a hurry for another appoinment, I made it a point to go back in and compliment the general manager on his excellent service team. His team made that much of a positive impression on me! More

A great car-buying experience. My wife made the initial contact regarding the vehicle for sale. She and Bob set up a time when we could meet to view and test drive the car. I was given time to look after the car without distraction and afterward we took it for a test drive. Bob was very knowledgeable about all of the car's feature and was able to explain how they work in plain language (without industry tech terms). We weren't able to title the car exactly has our trade in, but Bob was able to offer suggestions and come up with a solution acceptable to my wife and I. The financing team easy to wok with. In a matter of two hours I had investigated the car, test drove the car, applied for financing and had bought a car. Fayetteville Dodge offered a very reasonable trade amount for our current car. I am pleased all the way around. More

I purchased a new van from Donnie Somers on July 28, 2011 he did an EXCELLENT j purchase of a 2011 Grand Caravan it is in the follow up to the sale. I purchased a new van from Donnie Somers on July 28, 2011 he did an EXCELLENT job he gave us great customer service. My issue regards the follow up to the sale. I was given a temporary registration tag for the van. The expiration date on the tag was 9/9/11. I had to call the dealership on 9/8/11 to find out where the tag was...here start the excuses. I was told that because of DMV the registration was sent back and that it would be taken back to DMV that day and should be back later. I went to the dealership later that day to pay for the registration so that I would at least be legal to drive my vehicle the next day. I waited in the showroom for over 15 minutes and no one asked if I needed help. Mr. Matt Boicourt and Mr. Joe Somers were in their office and had a clear view of me standing there. Mr Boicourt was working a deal for the 1 salesman in the showroom(with a customer). Mr. Boicourt actually called the salesman away from his customer to handle a sales call instead of talking to the customer himself. Based on my follow up experience at this dealership I will never reccomend it to anyone. Once they have your money they do not want to deal with you! Stan Deminski More
Came to this dealership from 75 miles away. Dealt with Greg as a salesperson. He was great. After our first visit, when we could not find a price that we felt that we could afford, Matt contacted me and Greg as a salesperson. He was great. After our first visit, when we could not find a price that we felt that we could afford, Matt contacted me and we accepted a new price on the vehicle. We arrived the second time and found all of the paper work done and the vehicle cleaned, gassed up and ready to go. It took all of 30 minutes to be back on the road with our new vehicle. Although we live 75 miles away, I would deal with this dealership again and would recommend them. More
It was great working with Joe, Matt and Ryan. I had a little credit issue and they did get me a loan and never made me feel bad about it - always treated me with respect.
