Mr. Deminski, I wanted to say thank you for taking the 45 minutes to talk to me on the phone about everything. It was a pleasure talking with you. Thanks for letting us know how great Donnie did. We greatly apologize about what happened with your registration. At the DMV the paperwork can get backed up sometimes and we have new policies to try and make sure this never happens again. We also have a new greeting process to make sure everyone is talked to that is in the showroom. We have no clue how we missed you but we apologize that no one greeted you and addressed your concern.
