I have purchased many cars over the years from another local dealer. I went there as I had family there. The last purchase I made a few years ago - a Journey - I tried Fayetteville Dodge and the manner local dealer. I went there as I had family there. There was not a lot of gamesmanship payed (none) and that impressed me and made me feel good. So this car I just purchased - traded the Jouney in on an Avenger I worked wiht Bob a second time. This is second car I have bought from him. No high pressure. NO games, just lots of questions, what do you like what don't you like what kind of deal are you looking for what do you want to accomplish etc. So Bob has done good for us. WE have also used the service shop a couple times and had good service. I do not know when that was though. It's been awhile. In any case for those reasons I would tell people I know give them a try. This is the best dealership to buy a car or get service work. This repair was a service contract repair that involved the replacement of my gas tank. Scott Browne seemed to take a lot of interest in making sure all the parts were there and that what service contract was supposed to pay for got handled that way. Scott is a very good assistant parts manager. I'm going to need tires for my Nitro in the spring and this is the place I will come to.
