On 07/I9/13 discovered that I had left the 2nd CD of a 2 disk set in the CD player of the 2001 Nissan that I traded in I traded on 4/27/13. I called Mr. Saltzman to see if it had been found, he said that t disk set in the CD player of the 2001 Nissan that I traded in I traded on 4/27/13. I called Mr. Saltzman to see if it had been found, he said that the car had been sent to auction and that it was doubtful that anyone would have even checked the CD player before it was sent. I thanked him for his time and figured at I was just out of luck. About 10 minutes latter Mr. Saltzman called me back, he had did some checking around and found that one of the service people had found it and put it in the lost and found. I am so impressed that he took the time to look for it and to call me back when he could just as well have done nothing and I would have never known the difference. That is true customer service More

He went above and beyond our expectations and continues to assist us even after the sale of the vehicles to ensure we are satisfied with our purchases. I would recommend Jeff and Fayetteville Dodge to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. We gave him an exact description of the things we "needed" the vehicle to have (ex. spray in bed liner, back up cam, snow plow prep group, etc.) and he searched all over until he found one that met our criteria. He did not just try to sell us something on the lot. We will definitely be going back to Jeff when we trade them in a few years down the road. More
I live in northern Vermont and found a 2011 ram 1500 at FD. I was working with Greg Belzak to complete the deal within a weeks time. Greg reassured me that there was no problem with being able to close the deal on Saturday of the same week. I had said to me that he had "done this many times and it would be a smooth transaction." After emailing and texting back and forth with Greg, we came to an agreement on price on Wednesday. Again, he said that buying the truck on Saturday wouldn't be a problem. On Thursday, at 4:30, Greg tells me "We are not going to be able to do the transaction on Saturday because DMV is not open to be able to get your in transit permit." I asked to have a manager call and Joe called. He had no knowledge of anything we were talking about so he gave the phone to Jeff. After speaking with Jeff for about 5 minutes, my husband and I decided that we wouldn't go through with the deal, as we felt we were getting the run around with information pertaining to the truck. After my husband told Jeff that we wouldn't be getting the truck, Jeff hung up on my husband. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.... I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I agreed on Monday June 24th to purchase a new 2013 Dodge Avenger Blacktop edition car. This dealership did not have the car but found one from another dealership and had to get the vehicle from that locati Avenger Blacktop edition car. So I was told from the sales crew that they would have it by Wednesday the 26th, I said OK no problem. Wednesday came, and I got a call saying the other dealership didn't finish their paperwork on time to get the car Wednesday, but the car would be here Thursday the 27th. I said OK again. Thursday came, and same thing, again I was told it was the other dealership did not do what they needed to release the car, so it would have to wait to Friday the 27th. Again what could I do but say OK. Friday the 27th I get a car saying the driver they sent to get the car was again unable to get the car, it will be here Saturday the 28th, well no at this point I was getting upset! Saturday the 28th I get a call at 930am saying "Sorry still not going to be here until Monday July 1st" I was not happy! The dealership said not to worry, they would take care of me and make this situation right when I come to pick up the car Monday. So Monday July 1st I went to pick up the car. As I was filling out the paper work I asked how they were going to compensate me for all the trouble I went through the past week. All the dealership did was give me a FREE OIL CHANGE! Really? That's it? I told the salesman that I wasn't going to give them a good review on this site because 1 free oil change does show me that they take care of their customers. So The salesman got his sales manager Jeff Blumetti. He called my wife, my kids, and me into a private room. He began to treat me like a little kid, saying I have no right to be unhappy, and that if I am not going to be happy and give them a good review they he was not going to sell me the car! I told him, I am a 20 year disabled veteran and I can't be bullied by him to give a good review unless he was going to do more to really make me happy with what happen over the past week. I told him when I bought a Scion a few years back, this same kind of thing happen, and they gave me 6 free oil changes. That works out to about a year and a half of oil changes. Jeff said he can't do that, one is all I get, so I said I am not happy. Jeff Blumetti said fine, he wasn't selling me the car, and I need to leave his dealership! My wife and I bought a new dodge caravan from this dealership a year earlier, and thought this would have gone better. From this experience I will never buy or recommend this dealership to anyone I know. More
Had been looking for a decent used Hyundia Sonata and found one on FD website. A friend had recently purchased a new Durango and recommended Bob as a sales rep. I was very pleased with my buying experience, as I have not personally bought a vehicle in decades. Bob was receptive during test drive, negotiation, delivery. Never overbearing, let me talk and listened attentively and was forthcoming with info. Didn't try to " outsmart " me or pressure me. Very comfortable buying experience , even when trying to negotiate the price that was very fair. Some service issues occurred and are working toward resolution, but my experience with Bob and sales staff was A+, recommended to anyone. Many thanks JD More

Shopping for a car can be a difficult and tiring ordeal, but Justin was very receptive to questions and more than willing to hear me out. I never once felt pressured by him or anyone else at Fayetteville Dodge to purchase a vehicle and for that I am very grateful. When I showed up that day I didn't expect to buy a car, but everything seemed to click. From the car, to the price, to the people working with me all of it seemed to fall into place. I would definitely recommend both this dealership and Justin to anyone I know looking for a new or used car. When I need a new car at some point down the road I will most certainly head back. My fiance and I were looking for dodge dart. We had found one we had really liked at another dealership but before deciding to go with it we decided to check out Fayetteville Dodge. When we got there we talked to Justin O'Connor we told him about the vehicle we seen on there website that we liked. This Dart was sold the night before but he showed us another with the same options but a different color. We took a test drive and Justin answered all of our questions. When we got back to the dealership we told him we were also looking at another dart with the same options but it did not have the touch screen like the one he showed us did and if he could get us to the payment we that the other dealer ship had us at we would have a deal. Justin worked on this and got us an amazing deal. He worked hard to get us the payment we wanted. Then we talked to Mike Forster who then told us about the undercoating and rust proofing and he said he would try to get that for us for only $1 more a month and we agreed on that. The next day we went in to pick up our new dart and they got our payment with the undercoating lower than we agreed on the day before. This made us very happy to have purchased the vehicle from them instead because we got a better deal than the other dealership and even got the touch screen and undercoating. I am a very picky person when it comes to my vehicles and noticed a small scratch on it, it was nothing major but Mike and Justin said not to worry that they will have it all taken care of for us. These guys worked hard to get us the deal we wanted and never told us no, they were great to work with the entire time and made the process very easy and made our decision to buy from them even easier. I will recommend Justin and the team at Fayetteville Dodge to every we know who is in the market for a vehicle. More
