After buying a brand new 2013 Dodge Avenger from Fayetteville Dodge, I have had nothing but trouble. There was a bees nest in my driver's side mirror, the doors were not unplugged until 2 months aft Fayetteville Dodge, I have had nothing but trouble. There was a bees nest in my driver's side mirror, the doors were not unplugged until 2 months after buying it and I heard water sloshing around in my rear doors, all of my fluids were low, my car shifts hard, my steering wheel makes a rubbing noise and the breaks stutter. Not to mention, within 2 weeks of my owning a brand new vehicle, the tire pressure light went on and the valve stem needed to be tightened. Each time I tried to express my concerns, I was told it's normal for a 4 cylinder, or it is a quirk of my car. Each time I bring it in to Fayetteville Dodge, most of the issues are "unable to be duplicated." After taking it to another shop, my transmission fluid was low and they were unable to duplicate the breaks because of the snow. An absolute nightmare and my brand new car, almost 3 months later, still does not drive properly and I cannot get any help with it! Awful experience! More

While working with Bill in the body shop he was aware of the problem I was having and tried his best to fix my problem. He went out of his way to try a fix by applying heat on the back of my Dodge Caravan b the problem I was having and tried his best to fix my problem. He went out of his way to try a fix by applying heat on the back of my Dodge Caravan but after that didn't work out he said the best bet was to have the part replaced under warranty. He was able to get the part ordered and delivered by the next day and I was in and out of there in about an hour. He was sympathetic to my problem and worked to get it resolved as quickly as possible. I'm happy with the fix and my experience with the body shop. Thanks again, Chuck Sniper More
