Extremely pleased with the service department, especially with Max Philyaw and with Charles (the technician) who worked on my 1999 Plymouth Prowler. Thanks to their tenacity and technical expertise they were with Max Philyaw and with Charles (the technician) who worked on my 1999 Plymouth Prowler. Thanks to their tenacity and technical expertise they were able to get my TPMS system working when several other shops have failed over the last two years. Thanks to them I plan to bring my Prowler to this dealership whenever I need it serviced in the future! Kudos to them both! More

I paid for a premium when I first bought the car that honored free oil changes for 2 years or 30000 miles. Yall did not honor that and i will not recommend this place to anyone. No long wait times for oil change. Staff was friendly. Poor work ethic. Charged an hour of work for about 10 minutes of labor. They made me wait while they did several jobs at once. The labor rate was too high - $110/hr to diagnose my problem.
