Great experience I was getting intermittent notice of low battery. I called and spoke to Jeff in service and he advised I come in to have it checked. I had a meeting and would not come right away but late that afternoon I came in and within 1/2 hour I had a new battery and a clean car. More

Saturday morning satisfied!! i went to Faulkner on Saturday morning for routine service and state inspection. It is the week before Christmas. Tons of things to do. To my surprise i went to Faulkner on Saturday morning for routine service and state inspection. It is the week before Christmas. Tons of things to do. To my surprise a brand new Volvo is waiting for me to use while my car is being serviced!! Off to the mall. When I return 2 hours later my car was ready, washed and vacuumed and ready to go. My bill totaled exactly what they said . Everyone, Mark, Linda and Jeff were courteous and pleasant. A GREAT EXPERIENCE! More
