Made appointment to have car inspected, oil changed and consultation with any employee who could answer questions that I had about operating my new Volvo. The young man who checked us in at Service Center did his best but that was not what I expected. I’m very disappointed with your lack of service when I specifically asked for that service when I made the appointment. Shame on Faulkner Volvo for the lack of customer support. More
