Came across the vehicle on Autotrader and after dealing with SEVERAL dealerships and going through all the processes online BEFORE arriving, was dissa Came across the vehicle on Autotrader and after dealing with SEVERAL dealerships and going through all the processes online BEFORE arriving, was dissapointed that the vehicles were sold before I even was done the credit inquiry process. Then Parker Answered my email inquiry at Faulkner. I asked questions, and explained I was over an hour and a half away, (same as I did the other dealerships) and He was very helpful, and we went through the process way quicker than the other dealerships I had encountered previous. Even though the other dealerships had done many hits on my credit to find rates (only to sell the vehicle I was inquiring about) Parker helped clear that up and got me financed. I arranged to come see the vehicle and we took a test drive. Parker was very forthcoming on the fact he was a VW fanatic, but respected other cars as well, a true sign of a car enthusiast. He answered all of my questions and had no problems telling me he was not sure (instead of faking his way through it) when he did not know something and went to find out. It was a great experience. I have been in the car for about a month, and it is perfect for what I need. Maybe next time, he will talk me into that VW...... More
